1. Eligibility and Parental Consent

The Site is intended for users age 13 and older. Athletes ages 13–17 may use the Athlete Section only with parent or guardian permission and oversight. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we will delete it promptly.

2. Accounts

Some parts of the Site may require you to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, videos, training materials, curriculum, graphics, and the G.U.T.S.I. values framework — is the exclusive property of 4D Leaders or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without prior written permission.

4. User Content

When you post or submit content (“User Content”), you grant 4D Leaders a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share that content in connection with our mission. You are solely responsible for your User Content. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we determine is inappropriate. We are not responsible for content posted by users.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Post or share unlawful, harassing, threatening, or defamatory content
• Engage in bullying, intimidation, or disruptive behavior
• Use the Site for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Site's security or operation

6. Disclaimers of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” 4D Leaders makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or availability of the Site. We do not guarantee the Site will always be secure, error-free, or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 4D Leaders is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising out of:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Site
• Your reliance on any content provided
• Unauthorized access to or use of our servers, systems, or data

You use the Site at your own risk.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 4D Leaders, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your:

• Use of the Site
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of the rights of any third party

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Johnson County, Kansas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas.

10. Term and Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Site. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to our community.

11. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 4D Leaders regarding your use of the Site.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Any changes will be posted here with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
